These terms are between you and Keelza Ltd ("Keelza", "we", "us"), a company registered in England & Wales. By creating an account or using Keelza, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a firm, you confirm you have authority to bind that firm.
Keelza is software that helps you manage tax compliance: it tracks deadlines, stores documents, prepares filings, and submits them to HMRC and Companies House. Depending on your plan, a qualified accountant reviews and signs off filings, or an accounting firm uses Keelza to serve its own clients. Some features described on our site are in development and may not yet be available.
You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Firms are responsible for their team members' access and for the clients they add.
You remain responsible for your own tax affairs. That means giving us complete and accurate information, and reviewing anything before it is submitted in your name. Keelza prepares filings from what you provide; it cannot be responsible for errors caused by missing or incorrect information.
Where your plan includes review, a qualified accountant checks your filing before submission. That review is limited to the information available in Keelza and to the scope of the plan. It is not a full audit and does not cover matters outside the service, such as complex transactions, disputes with HMRC, or advice on structuring your affairs.
Keelza handles routine tax compliance for straightforward situations. It is not a substitute for bespoke professional advice on complex matters. Where your needs fall outside what Keelza covers, we will tell you and, where we can, point you to someone who can help. General information in the product is not personal tax or financial advice.
Some features are free; paid plans and one-off filings are charged at the prices shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes won't affect a period you've already paid for. Payments are handled by our payment provider.
Don't use Keelza to break the law, to submit information you know to be false, to interfere with the service, or to access data that isn't yours. We may suspend accounts that do.
Keelza and its software are ours. You keep ownership of the data and documents you put in, and you grant us the licence needed to run the service for you. Firms keep ownership of their client data.
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms. On termination you can export your data for a reasonable period, after which we handle it as set out in the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms and will post the new version here with the date. Questions: [email protected].
